Philosophy

Food is medicine.

The things you put into your body now will eventually impact you. Whether it is right now, in one year, two years, or five. This can be negative or positive.

The nutrition you feed your body directly impacts you all the way down to a cellular level. Supporting the cells and building blocks in your body with real food will have life-long impacts on your health as well as affect how you feel right now.

We will go through this process side by side, at your own pace, and without judgment. We are all at different places in our lives and my goal is to support you where you are at.

No two individuals are exactly alike, so your plan should be tailored to fit what YOU need.  Not what works for someone else. Having the resources to know what is best for you as an individual and not just a blanketed method or product used for everyone can really make a big difference in what YOU can achieve!

Digestion is a big part of how we feel and where many symptoms come from due to so many organs being involved. A perfect diet will not benefit our bodies if we are not properly digesting and absorbing the nutrients. Our digestive systems are what fuels all of the cells in our bodies with nutrients they need to continue to serve us.

Our bodies are always working to keep our blood sugars within a specific range to keep us functioning properly. Both high and low
blood sugars can cause harm to our body and damage to our cells. It is important to have bio-individually balanced nutrient-dense foods to support our bodies.

Staying hydrated is a simple way we can support our body to work optimally and heal.

It is also important for our bodies to get adequate sleep, eliminate stressors where possible and to get appropriate exercise based on our individual needs.
